Terms and Conditions – ZS588 Pakistan Betting Platform Rules

1 Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following words carry the meanings set out below:

• "ZS588" / "Platform" – the website accessible at zs588.ws and all services, products, and features offered under that domain.
• "Member" / "You" – any individual who has registered an account on ZS588 or who accesses and uses ZS588 services.
• "Account" – the personal account created by a Member following successful registration on ZS588.
• "Balance" – the total PKR funds held in a Member's ZS588 account, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" – promotional credits added to a Member's account that are subject to separate bonus terms and wagering conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" – the minimum amount of real money bets or wagers a Member must complete before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Conduct" – actions listed in Section 8 of these Terms that are not permitted on ZS588 under any circumstances.
• "PKR" – Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency used across all ZS588 accounts, transactions, and prize disbursements.

2 Eligibility

To use ZS588 services, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ZS588 does not accept members under the age of 18. Age verification may be requested at any point.
• You must be acting as an individual in your personal capacity – corporate entities and organisations may not hold ZS588 accounts.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded person on ZS588 or any affiliated platform.
• You must not have a previously suspended or permanently banned ZS588 account.
• Registration of an account confirms that your participation is voluntary and that you understand the financial risks involved in gambling and gaming activities.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on ZS588. Multiple accounts held by the same person – whether identified by shared personal information, device fingerprint, IP address, or payment method – are in breach of these Terms.

When registering on ZS588, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, and contact details.
• Update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Not use a false identity, impersonate another person, or provide false documentation.
• Not share your account with or transfer it to another person.

ZS588 may, at its discretion, require additional verification documents before processing withdrawals or at any stage during your membership. Accepted documents include CNIC, passport, and recent bank or wallet transaction screenshots. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension until the verification is completed.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your ZS588 account credentials – including your username, password, and any linked payment account details – secure and confidential. ZS588 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password that you do not use on any other platform.

• You must notify ZS588 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• ZS588 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you receive such a request purportedly from ZS588, treat it as fraudulent and report it.
• ZS588 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security or from you sharing your credentials voluntarily or negligently.
• Any bet or transaction completed using valid account credentials is considered authorised, regardless of whether the person placing it was you or someone with access to your account.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ZS588 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ZS588 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Accepted payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers, and Visa/Mastercard issued by Pakistani banks.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on ZS588:

• Minimum deposit amount: Rs 500. Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 300.
• Deposits are credited to your ZS588 balance upon confirmation by the payment provider. ZS588 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise arranged with ZS588 support.
• ZS588 does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may impose their own charges.
• All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. ZS588 reserves the right to perform additional checks before releasing funds.
• Funds deposited into your ZS588 account may only be used for placing bets and wagers on the platform. ZS588 accounts are not payment accounts and cannot be used for transferring funds to other persons.
• If a deposit is made in error or reversed by your payment provider, ZS588 reserves the right to void any bets placed with those funds and reverse related transactions.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

ZS588 offers various promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, accumulator boosts, and tournament prize top-ups. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms. The following general rules apply to all ZS588 bonuses:

• Bonuses are only available to Members who have completed the standard registration and, where applicable, verified their identity.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per person, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times using different accounts constitutes Prohibited Conduct.
• Wagering requirements must be completed using real money bets before bonus funds are released for withdrawal. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in that bonus's specific terms.
• ZS588 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds that remain in an account for more than 30 days without the associated wagering requirement being met may expire and be removed from the account balance.
• Where ZS588 determines that a Member has attempted to exploit, abuse, or manipulate any promotion – including through hedging, arbitrage, or systematic low-risk betting patterns – ZS588 reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void related winnings, and review the account for Prohibited Conduct.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on ZS588 are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules communicated within the relevant product section:

• A bet is confirmed only when it is accepted by ZS588's system and a confirmation reference number is issued. Bets pending confirmation are not binding on ZS588.
• ZS588 reserves the right to limit, refuse, or cancel any bet at its discretion, including where odds have been published in error (palpable error), where suspicious betting patterns are detected, or where market integrity is in question.
• If a sporting event is abandoned or cancelled before completion, ZS588's settlement rules for that sport will apply. In most cases, unfinished events are voided and stakes returned unless the result has already been determined.
• In the case of technical errors or communication failures during live betting, bets accepted during the period of error may be voided. ZS588 is not liable for losses arising from such events beyond the return of the original stake.
• For poker and casino games using certified random number generators, ZS588 publishes its RNG certification details in the relevant product section. Results are final once a game round is completed.
• In multi-player games such as poker, collusion between players is strictly prohibited and constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Section 8.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by sport, market, and game type. Current limits are displayed within the ZS588 betting interface before any bet is placed.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ZS588. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on ZS588.
• Underage use: Registering or attempting to use ZS588 if you are under 18 years of age.
• Fraud and money laundering: Using ZS588 for any fraudulent purpose or as part of any money laundering scheme. ZS588 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity where required.
• Bonus abuse: Any systematic attempt to exploit ZS588 promotional offers including the use of multiple accounts, artificial betting patterns, and hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play intent.
• Collusion: In poker or any multi-player game, communicating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, sharing hole cards, or coordinating actions against other participants.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks or reversals through your bank or payment provider while retaining funds withdrawn from ZS588 or benefits of bets settled in your favour.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, or any external software to interact with ZS588 platforms in a way not available to standard Members.
• Identity theft: Registering using another person's identity, documents, or payment methods.

Where ZS588 identifies any Prohibited Conduct, it will take immediate action proportionate to the severity of the breach. Members found to have engaged in fraud will have all associated funds frozen pending investigation and may be subject to legal action.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on ZS588 – including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, data structures, odds compilation, and game mechanics – is the intellectual property of ZS588 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use ZS588 for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any ZS588 content without prior written permission.
• Use ZS588 branding, trade marks, or name for any commercial purpose.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract ZS588 data including odds, scores, or market information.
• Reverse-engineer any ZS588 software or attempt to access source code.

10 Limitation of Liability

ZS588 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ZS588 works to maintain platform availability and accuracy, the following limitations apply:

• ZS588 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its services and is not liable for losses arising from planned or unplanned downtime, server errors, or maintenance periods.
• ZS588 is not liable for losses resulting from delays in payment processing by third-party payment providers including Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank networks.
• ZS588 is not liable for internet connectivity issues on the Member's side that affect in-play betting or live game participation.
• In all cases, ZS588's maximum liability to any Member for any claim is limited to the value of funds held in that Member's ZS588 account at the time the claim arises.
• ZS588 is not responsible for any tax obligations that may arise for Members on winnings. Each Member is solely responsible for understanding and fulfilling their own tax obligations under applicable law.

11 Responsible Gaming

ZS588 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help Members stay in control of their activity on the platform. The following tools are available to all ZS588 Members at any time through your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit to your ZS588 account. Limits take effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 7-day cooling-off period before the increase applies.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from ZS588 for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period your account is suspended and no bets can be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from ZS588. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

12 Account Closure

You may request to close your ZS588 account at any time by contacting support at support@zs588.ws. Upon closing your account:

• Any remaining real money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to identity verification.
• Uncleared bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited.
• ZS588 will retain your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data retention requirements.

ZS588 may close any Member account at its discretion where Prohibited Conduct is identified, where the account has been inactive for more than 24 consecutive months, or where continued operation of the account would breach ZS588's compliance obligations. In such cases, ZS588 will notify the Member by email and return any undisputed balance.

13 Amendments to These Terms

ZS588 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ZS588 will:

• Post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
• Notify active Members by email at least 7 days before material changes take effect where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of ZS588 after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you should close your account before the amendment's effective date. ZS588 will return any remaining balance upon request.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising from or in connection with your use of ZS588 are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which ZS588 operates. In the event of a dispute between you and ZS588:

• You should first contact ZS588 customer support at support@zs588.ws with full details of your complaint. ZS588 aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days.
• If the complaint cannot be resolved through customer support, it will be escalated to ZS588's compliance team for independent review.
• ZS588's decision on any bet settlement, game outcome, or bonus dispute is final once the internal review process is completed.
